Why buy a gel pack? Benefits

A gel pack is already economical! Because you can reuse it as often as you like, for hot and cold pain relief! Just freeze it or heat it up in a pan to use it. What's more, they come with a protective cover, so they don't come into direct contact with the skin.

Instant cold packs are practical because they activate with a simple twist! Ideal for travelling to matches and other events. You can take them with you wherever you go, in a medical kit for example.

The gel packs, whether in heating or cooling action, will help you reduce pain. We have several sizes and quantities available:

  • Reusable hot/cold pack in 10x10 cm or 12x27cm
  • Hot pack: various quantities to choose from
  • Cold pack: various quantities to choose from

Hot gel pack: what's it for?

A warming action relaxes muscles and increases blood circulation. Ideal for muscular tension, contractures and back pain. You can sit comfortably on your sofa, sliding the hot pack under your back or neck, to warm it up.

How do I use it?

We recommend that you leave it on for at least 20 minutes to really relieve your aches and pains.

Alternatively, for a quick fix, we have instant hot packs, which can be used immediately - no need to heat up in a microwave or saucepan, just break off the beads to accelerate blood circulation.

Cold gel packs: what are they used for?

Applying cold to parts of the body helps reduce inflammation. Our cold hot gel pack can be kept in the freezer, or the fridge if you prefer a less cold action.

Use after shock or trauma, to soothe and relieve pain, or even anesthetize it.

For immediate relief and cooling, the cold bomb is the most suitable product! Cryotherapy will have an anti-inflammatory action, which will be very pleasant after a shock to joints such as the knee.

Shake the cold spray well before use, and spray over the muscle or painful area for a few seconds (remember to protect your skin with a compress or cloth).
