1. What are the delivery times and shipping costs?
We deliver within 48 to 72 business hours (depending on the country) starting from the day after your order is received and payment has been confirmed.
Please note that additional time may be required during peak seasons (such as holidays) or for custom-made or personalized products.
Shipping is free for all orders above £75 (VAT included). For orders below that amount, a £4.99 VAT-included shipping fee applies.
2. Can I track my order online?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website. You can track your shipment in real time.

3. Can I personalize some of the sports items (benches, bibs, balls, etc.)?
As a sports equipment manufacturer, Netsportique offers customization services for selected products. Some items are subject to minimum order quantities, so we recommend contacting our team at info@netsportique.com for a quote and to discuss your project in detail.
Please note that personalized items require additional production time, so we encourage you to plan your orders in advance.
4. What should I do if an item is missing or damaged upon delivery?
We strongly recommend that you inspect your package immediately upon delivery, ideally in the presence of the courier. If you notice any damage or irregularities, please note a reservation with the driver.
Even if the product appears damaged, do not refuse the parcel. Instead, accept the delivery and contact our after-sales service at info@netsportique.com. Please include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Our team will review your case within 48 hours and propose a suitable solution.
As a manufacturer, we can often replace only the defective part, avoiding the need to return the entire product — saving time and reducing waste.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
Please note that bank transfers may slightly extend the delivery time due to interbank processing delays.
We also accept administrative purchase orders for public institutions (such as schools, town halls, hospitals, or local authorities).

8. How should I maintain and store Netsportique sports equipment?
All our products are designed for durability and easy storage. Many come with dedicated carrying bags for convenient transport.
If your product does not include one, contact us and we’ll suggest a compatible option.
Most of our training gear is foldable, retractable, and quick to assemble, making it easy to store and transport.
Products meant for outdoor use are fully weather-resistant, but we still recommend storing them indoors during long periods of inactivity to maximize longevity and performance.
