To start with, you'll need sport cones to mark out work areas and create exercises of all kinds, such as slaloms.

• A stopwatch to keep track of the timing of exercises, and to be able to make matches.

• The tchoukball is a fun, multi-functional tool for warm-up exercises: you'll get your players moving slowly, warm up their arms gently, and have fun at the same time. The game is very simple: you place a goal in each 6-meter zone, and the aim is to shoot outside the zone at the tchoukball rebound net, and have the ball caught by a teammate beyond the 6-meter line.
• Defensive dummies are a great help for practising shooting over the defence, or for practising attack-defence drills. Whether inflatable, rigid or flexible, you've got a wide choice! The team recommends inflatable dummies, however, because if you shoot them by mistake, they won't fall off and will stand up again on their own! Very practical for handball, and saves you having to get them up all the time.
