What is bubble
football?

The principle is simple: you play a game of football inside a bubble. You don't need to know how to play or be an expert with a ball, just let go and enjoy a bouncy game together. The sport could be described as a clever blend of football and rugby.

You enter your body, at chest level, into plastic bubbles. This stops at the legs, at knee level, to enable you to run. The principle is the same as in football: you shoot, dribble and score goals as a team! There's no danger of injury as the football bubble bounces you around and protects you from each other. It's a playful sport that promotes team cohesion and fun. The entire Netsportique team has tested and recommends this unique experience.

How much does it cost to buy football bubbles?

The price of football bubbles is explained by the high quality of the material composition and the various safety systems, which make them safe to use.

Bubble football for children and adults

If you want to buy equipment for your teams, you can buy them in sets:

  • an adult & children's bubble football set containing 12 1.6-meter adult bubbles (5 red/transparent and 5 black/transparent)
  • 10 children's 1.2-meter bubbles (red and transparent)
  • bubble football for adults.

Football bubbles by lot or individually

If you need them in small quantities, you can also buy them individually. Just order the exact number you need. You can choose the color: black or red, or mix the two to create teams.

What ball sizes are recommended?

There are three different sizes of ball, depending on the size of the player:

  • 1.2 m (120cm-165cm / 30-50kg)
  • 1.5 m (165cm-190cm / 50-90kg)
  • 1.7 m (190cm- 220cm / 90-120kg)

What size for different ages?

  • 1.2 m for 6-16 year-olds
  • 1.5m/1.7m for over-16s.

There's no minimum height required to play Bubble Football. For children, however, it's advisable to be over 8 years of age.

How do you choose your Bubble Football equipment?

We recommend a variety of colors for your bubble purchases. Use different colors to differentiate your players on the pitch and create teams. Comfortable shoes must be worn on the day, but please note that spikes and spiked shoes are not permitted.

How is the game organized on the pitch?

Dimensions of an indoor bubble football pitch

The bubble football pitch has the same dimensions as an indoor football match, with minimum dimensions of 15m x 23m and maximum dimensions of 25m x 33m. Goal nets do not have to be fixed to the ground, as they have to be raised when players are replaced.

How long does a bubble football match last?

Each bubble football match lasts an average of 10 minutes. It will be divided into two halves with a five-minute break. Playing time will be interrupted by the referee if a longer interception is planned. Sometimes this can also lead to extra time. The opposing team always has the right to defend its goal after the final whistle.

Composition of players

Each bubble football team consists of five players, with up to three substitutes allowed. A referee must be present for each match, and then the game can begin! The referee places the ball in the middle of the field and blows the whistle.

How do I score a goal with the bubble?

You can use any part of your body to score a goal in bubble football (except your hands!).

There are no goalkeepers in bubble football, so it's up to each team to guard its territory and prevent the opposing team from scoring a goal. You should also be aware that pushing and shoving is not allowed, only the creation of small shocks.
